General terms and conditions of sale

Premise

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “conditions”) govern the purchase of yacht tours and experiences (hereinafter referred to as “services”) offered by Yacht Amalfi Coast (hereinafter referred to as the “organiser”) on its website (hereinafter referred to as the “website”).

1. Information and Intellectual property

All contents of the site, both textual and visual, are the exclusive property of Yacht Amalfi Coast and may not be reproduced, printed or disseminated without prior written authorization.

2. Bookings and Payments

Reservations and payments are governed by the following conditions:

  1. reservations are subject to availability and prices are final upon confirmation;
  2. increases of more than 10% of the individual cost or new taxes will result in the updating of the rates, with prior notice to the Customer;
  3. prices include a welcome toast. External food and drinks are not allowed. Beach towels, access to surround sound music of your choice, snacks and soft drinks are also included. Snorkeling equipment (snorkel mask, snorkel, fins, life jackets) is only included in the basic rate of the daily tours;
  4. the number of passengers allowed on board is 12 for the daily tours, while for the sunset experience in Sorrento the number allowed is 6. children and young people are considered passengers;
  5. prices do not include photographer, meals, beverages or services not expressly indicated as included, available for an additional fee;
  6. For daily tours, the supplement related to the presence of hostesses/stewards is mandatory from 7 people on board;
  7. The prices of daily tours do not include fuel expenses, which are charged at €250 per hour of navigation, while the prices of the sunset experience in Sorrento are inclusive of fuel expenses.
  8. to confirm your reservation you must pay the deposit or pay for the tour. Payment is made through certified and guaranteed systems that protect the buyer’s data and his purchase. (enter accepted payment methods);
  9. there are deposit costs that vary according to the type of service purchased;
  10. any mooring with relative disembarkation on land, at any location, is at the customer’s expense and subject to costs to be verified and incurred on site;
  11. 48 hours before departure, the Customer will receive an e-mail containing all the detailed information on the use of the service and the related vouchers.

3. Complaints

Any complaints should be emailed to: contact@yachtamalficoast.com within 10 business days of the date of the tour or experience. We will respond to your complaints within 14 working days of receipt and will process your personal data in the manner set out in our privacy policy.

4. Responsibility

The organizer is not responsible for damage caused by third parties, force majeure, loss of valuables, luggage or objects during excursions or transfers.
The organizer is not responsible for any damage to persons or property.
At the end of the service, the staff is authorized to verify any damage attributable to the Customer, which will be quantified economically.

5. Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Cancellations must be communicated to the following e-mail address: contact@yachtamalficoast.com.
The cancellation penalties are as follows:

  • For cancellations from the time of booking and/or up to 14 days before departure: full refund;
  • For cancellations from the 13th day and up to 48 hours before departure: 70% refund or full credit;
  • For cancellations less than 48 hours before departure: full service fee will be charged.

In case of non-cancellation, the full cost of the service will be charged. In addition:

  1. In case of no-show or non-use of the full service, there is no refund.
  2. In case of cancellation of the service by the organizer, the customer is entitled to a full refund or a rescheduling of the tour. Any difference in cost for the rescheduling of the tour will be borne by the Customer.
  3. There is no refund for the unused portion of the service.
  4. Any refunds will be made to the same payment method used by the Customer or through credits for the use of the services.

6. Competent Forum

For any dispute arising from these Conditions, the Court of Nola shall have jurisdiction.

7. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

  1. Right to Change. Yacht Amalfi Coast reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated by notice on the website.
  2. Acceptance of Changes. The use of the website or services of Yacht Amalfi Coast after the entry into force of the changes to the General Terms and Conditions implies acceptance of such changes.
  3. Effectiveness of Changes. The amendments to the General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded with Yacht Amalfi Coast from the date of entry into force of the amendments.
  4. Severability. If any of the clauses of these General Conditions are considered null and void, that clause will be deleted and the remaining clauses will remain in force.
